Greg Steffensen is the best. We interviewed several architects and designers in the Salt Lake and Utah County, Utah, area before choosing Greg, and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We had some unusual housing needs in addition to a tight budget, and he designed a gorgeous house that met and far exceeded our best expectations. He has been a delight to work with. We can't wait to start construction on it.

When designing my home I was very particular about what I wanted. Greg was able to catch the vision of what I saw and put it on paper. During the design process Greg even traveled to California to study, in person, the architectural design elements I wanted to incorporate into my home. Greg is both creative and technical, which allows him to innovate while sticking to a budget. He is also attentive to his clients needs and highly responsive to deadlines.

We have had the great pleasure to have Greg apart of our Architect/Design team. We have worked with Greg on several projects throughout the last 10+ years. His knowledge and visions of multiple styles of architecture set him far apart from the rest. His communication with clients is excellent. Greg offers his clients a 3D walk through of there home before construction even begins to help them visualize there home.

Greg was able to catch our vision, and design a classic New England/Farmhouse style home around this old church/school to make it look like it had been there all along. Greg always had a great attitude, and was flexible and patient with us when we changed our minds, which happened ALOT. Greg had great insights on the little details of our home, that ended up making our home unique and reminiscent of early 1900's architecture.
